What You'll Likely Work On

• Build LLM‑powered automation that resolves denied claims with rigorous evaluation and audit trails
• Design safety guardrails (identity, payer‑type, duplicate prevention, QA gates) for autonomous execution
• Scale a configurable rule engine to handle high‑volume transactions with idempotency and explainability
• Create observability dashboards for approval rates, cycle times, and failure metrics by insurance type
• Generate automated appeal letters and medical‑record packets with validation scoring
• Develop a unified automations console for operations teams to manage all rule engines
• Shape the technical direction of the RCM platform through architecture and tooling improvements
• Own end‑to‑end integration workflows from design through post‑launch monitoring
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and healthcare stakeholders to define requirements and prioritize work
• Mentor engineers, conduct deep code reviews, and drive architectural best practices
