What You'll Likely Work On

• Design and ship production‑ready AI agentic workflows that integrate tool use, retrieval, and human‑in‑the‑loop patterns
• Define and embed evaluation frameworks (golden sets, offline/online evals, prompt discipline) across squads
• Build scalable backend services on AWS and PostgreSQL supporting AI features
• Collaborate with product, design, and other engineering teams to align priorities and deliver customer‑impacting solutions
• Identify and remediate technical debt in AI and non‑AI code paths to improve scalability and developer experience
