Proximity seeks a senior backend engineer to design, build, and operate high‑performance Go microservices on AWS. You will own cloud infrastructure, drive architecture decisions, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with product and business stakeholders.

What You'll Likely Work On
- Build and maintain high‑performance Go microservices and RESTful APIs
- Design, deploy, and manage containerized workloads on Kubernetes and AWS
- Architect scalable, fault‑tolerant systems with monitoring, metrics, and circuit‑breaker patterns
- Integrate and optimize data stores such as MySQL, Cassandra, Redis, DynamoDB, and ElasticSearch
