Commure seeks a senior engineer to own the end‑to‑end claims submission flow within its AI‑driven RCM platform. You will design, build, and operate high‑volume integration pipelines that translate clinical encounters into payer‑accepted electronic claims.

What You'll Likely Work On
- Integrate with multiple clearinghouses, handling heterogeneous responses and error semantics
- Transform structured payloads into valid EDI claims (CMS‑1500, CMS‑1450/UB, CDT) and generate paper/PDF claims
- Build Eligibility Orchestrator routing logic with guardrails for coverage results
- Scale a configurable rule engine to run hundreds of conditions per customer safely and idempotently
- Shape technical direction of the RCM platform through architecture and tooling improvements
- Own end‑to‑end integration workflows from design through deployment and post‑launch monitoring
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and healthcare teams to define requirements and prioritize work
- Mentor engineers, conduct deep code reviews, and drive architectural best practices
