We need a senior engineer to design, build, and operate AI‑driven integration services that connect our platform with dozens of EHR systems. You’ll own end‑to‑end data flows, ensure compliance with healthcare standards, and mentor junior teammates.

What You'll Likely Work On

• Design and deliver high‑performance integration solutions between our platform and external EHR/insurance systems.
• Apply large language model techniques to automate reverse‑engineering of electronic health records.
• Gather requirements, define technical approaches, and prioritize work with product and clinical stakeholders.
• Shape the integration platform’s architecture, tooling, and technology stack.
• Own the full lifecycle of integration workflows—from design through deployment and production monitoring.
• Identify performance bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability of integrations.
• Implement and verify compliance with HIPAA, HL7, and FHIR standards in collaboration with security teams.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and enforce code quality standards.
