What You'll Likely Work On
- Define and execute install‑base marketing strategy, prioritizing underused features per customer segment
- Create adoption‑focused content such as in‑app messages and email campaigns to drive product usage
- Develop internal enablement assets (playbooks, battlecards) for Customer Success and Professional Services teams
- Track and analyze adoption metrics (feature activation, usage, time‑to‑adoption) and iterate programs based on insights
- Map onboarding journeys and produce targeted content for admins, reps, managers, and GTM leaders
- Identify expansion signals and partner with Growth Marketing to run churn‑reduction and renewal campaigns
- Collaborate with Customer Advocacy to secure reference customers and support monthly product launch motions
- Contribute to broader product marketing initiatives and team projects as assigned
