Senior Product Manager driving roadmap and AI‑enabled automation for post‑sales tooling on Tekion's cloud‑native automotive platform. Partners with engineering, defines metrics, and aligns global stakeholders to deliver end‑to‑end product solutions.

What You'll Likely Work On

  • Own and execute the delivery roadmap for post‑sales tooling across professional services, customer value, and support teams
  • Conduct structured discovery with business stakeholders, translate insights into PRDs and user stories
  • Identify AI agent opportunities and partner with engineering to ship intelligent routing and automation features
  • Serve as the primary product liaison for engineering squads, handling sprint planning, backlog grooming, and acceptance criteria
  • Own product KPIs, building dashboards in Databricks, Salesforce or other BI tools to track adoption and time‑to‑value
  • Coordinate with US‑based product leadership and global teams, delivering roadmap reviews and escalation briefs
  • Manage backlog and lifecycle of internal tooling platforms, influencing third‑party integrations and vendor trade‑offs
  • Support end‑to‑end product launches, including UAT coordination, training material, change communications, and post‑release adoption tracking

Good Fit If You Have

  • Experience building B2B SaaS products for professional services or support tooling
