What You'll Likely Work On

  • Define and execute quarterly roadmaps for post‑sales platforms across PS, CV, and Support.
  • Conduct structured discovery with business stakeholders, translate insights into PRDs and user stories.
  • Identify AI automation opportunities such as intelligent ticket routing and delivery accelerators, and work with engineering to ship them.
  • Serve as the primary product liaison for engineering squads, handling sprint planning, backlog grooming, and acceptance criteria.
  • Own product KPIs, building dashboards in Databricks, Salesforce, or other BI tools to monitor adoption and automation rates.
  • Align with India‑based product teams and global business units, delivering roadmap reviews and escalation briefs for senior leadership.
  • Manage backlog and feature lifecycle for internal tooling platforms, influencing third‑party integrations and vendor trade‑offs.
  • Lead end‑to‑end product launches, including UAT coordination, training material creation, change communications, and post‑release adoption tracking.
