What You'll Likely Work On

• Own the roadmap and delivery for document/data extraction accuracy, defining "accurate enough to trust" and tracking live metrics.
• Define and implement the governance layer for AI agents, covering audit trails, explainability, human‑in‑the‑loop escalation, policy enforcement, and tenant isolation.
• Create and maintain a self‑serve platform interface that lets other product teams integrate AI capabilities without custom engineering tickets.
• Partner with ML, engineering, and adjacent platform owners to ensure a coherent surface for downstream teams and push back on ad‑hoc requests.
• Prioritize platform scalability and guardrails over one‑off feature work to keep the platform from becoming a bottleneck.
