What You'll Likely Work On

• Own the full design lifecycle for key B2B SaaS product areas, from problem framing to shipped feature.
• Evolve and steward the company design system, embedding consistency and WCAG AA accessibility.
• Create rapid AI‑driven prototypes and share workflows that accelerate the whole team.
• Partner with product managers and engineers to define problems, bring user evidence to roadmap discussions, and drive alignment.
• Elevate design quality across the team through critique, pairing, and mentorship without direct reports.
• Produce clear written artifacts and decision records that keep cross‑functional work moving quickly.
