What You'll Likely Work On
- Build trusted, long‑term relationships with senior leaders and act as a strategic advisor on talent and organizational health.
- Translate business goals into people strategies, including org‑design, succession planning, and performance frameworks.
- Lead employee‑relations cases with sound judgment, empathy, and legal awareness.
- Drive change initiatives, communicate transformations clearly, and align stakeholders across global teams.
- Own end‑to‑end execution of HR programs such as performance cycles, engagement actions, and compensation planning.
- Identify gaps in People processes, design solutions, and help build HR infrastructure for the portfolio.
- Collaborate with People Center of Excellence (COE) partners to continuously improve the function.
- Stay current on HR trends and tools, applying insights to enhance business impact.
