• Define and own the credentialing workflow for 60+ EHR integrations
• Automate manual steps with SQL reporting and low‑code platforms
• Create and maintain playbooks, SLA reports, and weekly operational reviews
• Manage a small team, set priorities, and hold members accountable to SLAs
• Partner with Sales, Operations, and Account Management to triage out‑of‑scope requests
• Track key metrics such as cycle time, error rate, backlog size, and automation coverage
