What You'll Likely Work On

• Architect and own end‑to‑end EHR credentialing processes, automating manual steps and tracking cycle time, error rate, backlog and automation coverage.
• Build and maintain reporting dashboards using SQL and BI tools that are actively used by product, sales and operations stakeholders.
• Create and maintain documented playbooks for exception triage, credentialing, and business‑ops workflows, leveraging AI tools and low‑code platforms.
• Manage a small operations team, set priorities, track output, and enforce SLA commitments while balancing commercial and operational demands.
• Coordinate cross‑functional syncs, weekly reviews and SLA reports to keep product, sales and account teams aligned on scope and delivery.
