What You'll Likely Work On

• Own end‑to‑end integration launch coordination for 10+ EHRs, from kickoff through go‑live and stabilization
• Diagnose production integration issues, isolate root causes across product, configuration, and client environments, and route them with full context
• Maintain triage SLAs, reproduce problems, and drive fast, defensible resolutions
• Build and maintain dashboards and health metrics that give leadership visibility into sync rates and error trends
• Codify triage, launch, and escalation processes into runbooks and playbooks that survive personnel changes
• Provide weekly status reporting, SLA reviews, and cross‑functional syncs to executive audiences
