The Senior Operations Manager will own end‑to‑end revenue‑cycle processes, drive operational efficiency, and serve as the primary contact for the largest accounts. This high‑visibility role works across product, engineering, sales and account teams to scale operations while leading junior staff and managing client relationships.

What You'll Likely Work On
