What You'll Likely Work On
- Own and evolve the primarily Flutter‑based mobile platform, integrating native Swift and Kotlin modules for audio capture, background execution, and offline reliability
- Design and implement performance‑critical components such as startup time, memory usage, battery impact, and real‑time streaming
- Build foundational mobile frameworks (audio abstraction, caching, state management, networking, retry, sync) used across all Commure apps
- Create and maintain release infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, signing processes, and App Store / Play Store workflows
- Improve mobile observability, crash reporting, logging, and regression detection to reduce crashes and increase release readiness
- Partner with product, backend, AI, and design teams to unblock infrastructure needs and shape mobile architecture direction
- Mentor engineers, raise technical standards, and optionally grow into broader mobile leadership
