The Senior Manager, Restructuring will lead multi‑stakeholder turnaround engagements for distressed companies, delivering financial diagnostics, cash‑flow forecasts and restructuring plans while mentoring junior consultants. The role combines deep financial analysis, stakeholder negotiation and cross‑border execution within Interpath’s German advisory practice.

What You'll Likely Work On
- Lead workstreams to stabilise a client’s financial and operational performance
- Perform diagnostic assessments of business, market issues and liquidity forecasts
- Analyse existing business plans, identify risks and opportunities, and model alternative solutions
- Create and implement restructuring plans, including integrated financial models and cash‑flow tools
- Negotiate with corporates, investors, banks and lenders to secure consensus on restructuring initiatives
- Coach junior colleagues and contribute to their professional growth
- Support cross‑border wind‑downs and negotiations with worker councils
