What You'll Likely Work On

  • Lead AI‑driven transformation of People Operations, piloting tools across onboarding, policy, compensation modelling and analytics
  • Own and continuously improve global HRIS administration, data integrity, process documentation and AI‑enabled workflow automation
  • Design, administer and communicate global compensation programs, including salary structures, bonus plans and equity schemes
  • Manage the worldwide benefits portfolio, vendor relationships and regional program design across EMEA, Americas and APAC
  • Build and maintain people‑analytics reporting to support data‑driven decisions for HR leadership and business partners
  • Partner with IT and Data teams to integrate HR technology stack, safeguard data and unlock new capabilities
  • Lead a small, distributed team, setting priorities, coaching members and driving performance globally
  • Conduct compensation benchmarking (Radford, Mercer) and lead pay‑equity analysis and gender‑pay gap reporting
