What You'll Likely Work On

• Design and deliver world‑class keynote and mainstage experiences that showcase the UiPath brand
• Own the full content lifecycle for FUSION Las Vegas and regional flagship events, from narrative to agenda
• Select, brief, rehearse, and support internal and external speakers, ensuring polished executive presentations
• Manage content timelines, approvals, and cross‑functional coordination through planning to onsite execution
• Partner with production teams to execute seamless keynotes, breakout sessions, and on‑stage experiences
• Build and roll out a repeatable “event‑in‑a‑box” model for regional teams worldwide
• Create reusable event assets with Product Marketing, including presentations, demos, and templates
• Collaborate with Demand Generation, Product, Sales, and Executive Communications to deliver consistent customer experiences
