What You'll Likely Work On

  • Own end‑to‑end HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, employee records and HRIS management.
  • Develop and maintain scalable HR policies, procedures and internal systems to support global growth.
  • Manage benefits packages, payroll coordination and employee filings for Canada, the US and other jurisdictions.
  • Lead full‑cycle recruitment, collaborate with hiring managers on workforce planning and improve employer branding.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation across multiple countries and coordinate with legal and finance teams.
  • Design and run performance review cycles, coaching, conflict resolution and employee development initiatives.
  • Partner with executive leadership on organizational design, workforce planning and people‑strategy metrics.
