What You'll Likely Work On

• Design, build, and launch high‑impact product experiences from concept through measurement
• Create AI‑native healthcare workflows such as real‑time transcription, agentic actions, and multimodal recommendations
• Develop cohesive experiences across Flutter mobile, web interfaces, backend services, and APIs
• Partner with clinicians, product managers, designers, and AI engineers to translate real‑world problems into intuitive products
• Define data models, APIs, and service boundaries that enable rapid iteration and reliable operation
• Own quality dimensions including usability, performance, accessibility, analytics, testing, and observability
• Improve shared foundations like reusable components, state management, networking, caching, and background processing
• Mentor teammates and influence product and technical strategy as the Ambient AI line expands
