Tiger Data seeks a senior FP&A analyst to own headcount, COGS, marketing spend and ARR forecasting while turning complex data into executive‑ready narratives. The role is fully remote within the United States and reports to the FP&A leader.

What You'll Likely Work On

  • Own headcount planning, forecasting and budget tracking across the business.
  • Maintain and forecast cost of goods sold, perform variance analysis and performance reporting.
  • Partner with Marketing to monitor spend, evaluate program impact and manage budget adherence.
  • Support weekly ARR forecasting by gathering inputs, validating assumptions and keeping cadence.
  • Prepare executive and Board decks that explain changes, risks and required actions.
  • Run budget‑versus‑actual analysis and follow up with department leaders on variances.
  • Assist monthly and quarterly planning cycles with clear financial analysis and materials.
  • Collaborate with Accounting during month‑end close to improve accruals and expense reporting.
