What You'll Likely Work On

• Design an enterprise‑grade test‑automation framework and operating model on the TestPhi platform
• Implement a pilot and scale the solution to achieve at least 80% test coverage
• Lead the technical team, perform hands‑on automation, and set quality standards
• Define blueprint for test data management, tool integration, CI/CD, reporting and governance
• Create adoption strategy and intake process for automating testing of other enterprise applications
• Contribute to TestPhi platform enhancements as needed

Good Fit If You Have

• 8+ years of software quality engineering experience in enterprise environments
• Proven ability to work independently and lead quality initiatives with minimal supervision
• Experience operating within a Testing COE model and defining governance standards
