Tilt is seeking a senior finance professional to own the Credit Card business P&L, drive forecasting, unit‑economics modeling, and act as the primary finance partner to product, credit and marketing leaders. The role operates remotely in the US with high visibility to executive and board audiences.

What You'll Likely Work On

  • Own the Credit Card P&L, manage monthly forecast‑vs‑actual, variance analysis and board‑level reporting
  • Serve as the finance liaison to Credit Card leadership, flagging risks and translating decisions into financial impact
  • Build and maintain a unit‑economics model covering CAC, LTV, contribution margin, yield and loss curves
  • Lead annual planning and quarterly re‑forecasts for the Credit Card business
  • Partner with Credit, Product and Marketing to size new initiatives with data‑backed business cases
  • Translate portfolio performance metrics into financial terms for senior stakeholders
  • Identify and recommend strategic risks and opportunities proactively
  • Implement AI‑driven tools to accelerate reporting, variance analysis and ad‑hoc modeling
  • Create dashboards and automated reporting for self‑serve, decision‑ready metrics
