Tiger Data seeks a senior engineering manager to lead the Console and developer‑tooling team. The role combines hands‑on full‑stack ownership with people leadership to drive product quality, technical direction, and a high‑performing remote culture.

What You'll Likely Work On

  • Lead, mentor, and expand a remote engineering group, handling hiring, performance reviews, and team health
  • Own the end‑to‑end Console experience, including UI, user management, observability, and developer‑experience features
  • Drive the roadmap and delivery of developer tooling such as the Tiger CLI and MCP integrations
  • Take responsibility for billing services from backend to customer‑facing UI
