What You'll Likely Work On
- Lead, mentor, and expand a remote engineering group, handling hiring, performance reviews, and team health
- Own the end‑to‑end Console experience, including UI, user management, observability, and developer‑experience features
- Drive the roadmap and delivery of developer tooling such as the Tiger CLI and MCP integrations
- Take responsibility for billing services from backend to customer‑facing UI
- Set technical direction for a JavaScript/Go stack, balancing speed, polish, and maintainability
- Create and enforce engineering practices, conventions, and a strong culture during reorganization and scaling
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and other engineering leaders to turn roadmap items into shipped features
- Write code when needed to stay close to the product and guide architectural decisions
