The Senior Director – Implementation will own and scale Kapture's enterprise deployment function, turning signed contracts into live, value‑delivering solutions. You will lead a growing team, design playbooks, and partner across sales, product and engineering to accelerate go‑live timelines for high‑stakes clients.

What You'll Likely Work On

• Define and continuously improve implementation methodologies, timelines and quality standards for large enterprise clients
• Build and grow a high‑performing implementation team, including hiring, onboarding and developing next‑level leaders
• Directly manage high‑stakes deployments, acting as senior escalation point for complex integrations and stakeholder issues
• Collaborate with sales, customer success, product and engineering to ensure seamless handoff from contract to live environment
• Engage with client CXOs to scope solutions, manage integrations (CRM, telephony, APIs) and de‑risk rollouts
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce go‑live time and increase predictability across 18+ countries

Good Fit If You Have

• 10+ years delivering enterprise SaaS implementations
• 5+ years managing implementation teams and 2+ years AI delivery experience
• Experience with regulated or high‑stakes verticals such as BFSI, retail or travel
• Comfortable operating across multiple geographies and time zones
• Strong executive presence and ability to advise C‑level stakeholders
