The Senior Director, Community will shape and grow HackerOne’s global security researcher ecosystem while owning the Live Hacking Events product line and its profitability. What You'll Likely Work On

• Define and execute a multi‑year strategy for the global security researcher community.
• Own product roadmap, commercial performance, and profitability of the Live Hacking Events suite.
• Lead professional‑services management and technical delivery of live hacking engagements from scoping to execution.
• Drive customer segmentation, senior relationship management, and tailored delivery models for enterprise accounts.
• Set researcher growth and expansion targets, attracting and retaining talent to meet event demand.
