What You'll Likely Work On

• Define and execute a multi‑year strategy for the global security researcher community aligned with company objectives.
• Own product strategy, roadmap, and profitability for the Live Hacking Events suite, balancing customer value and researcher economics.
• Lead end‑to‑end professional‑services delivery of live hacking engagements, including scoping, researcher staffing, execution, and quality assurance.
• Drive customer segmentation, manage senior enterprise relationships, and tailor delivery models for different market segments.
