We need a senior delivery leader to own AI and data transformation programs for Fortune‑500 clients. You will drive end‑to‑end execution, governance, and client confidence across large, multi‑team AI initiatives while also managing parallel smaller engagements.

What You'll Likely Work On

• Own delivery of a large AI program or multiple parallel engagements, meeting scope, schedule, and quality targets
• Run the delivery rhythm – planning, sprint cadence, status reporting, risk and dependency tracking, and escalation
• Lead agentic and GenAI solution delivery, applying evaluations, guardrails, and human‑in‑the‑loop controls
• Set realistic client expectations for non‑deterministic AI systems
• Coach POD leads, Forward‑Deployed Engineers, and engineering teams; manage staffing and resource movement
• Serve as senior point of contact for CIO/VP/director stakeholders, translating business goals to technical reality
• Monitor team efficiency, utilization, and cost discipline, surfacing commercial risks to practice leadership
