What You'll Likely Work On
- Design, build, and ship internal AI solutions—including LLM integrations, agentic workflows, and data pipelines—for a global workforce
- Write production‑grade Python code following AI engineering standards and participate in design‑review cycles
- Prototype and evaluate new AI tools, frameworks, and platforms, contributing to technical recommendations
- Maintain the LLM abstraction layer, multi‑model integrations, and address technical debt, observability, and scalability
- Support AI intake assessments, ensuring projects meet security, compliance, and responsible‑AI criteria
- Develop integrations with core enterprise systems and implement human‑in‑the‑loop, explainability, and auditability features
