What You'll Likely Work On

• Apply structured change‑management methodologies to design AI‑driven transformation strategies and define success metrics.
• Facilitate discovery workshops, impact analyses, and outcome‑definition sessions with client teams.
• Coach senior leaders and executive sponsors, manage resistance, and activate champion networks.
• Design persona‑based learning journeys, create enablement assets, and run interactive workshops using Miro or Mural.
• Lead pilot implementations, set up support channels (Slack/Teams, office hours), and sustain adoption through ongoing reinforcement.
• Build adoption dashboards, generate usage reports, and present insights to client leadership.
