Postman seeks a Senior Commercial Counsel to lead international SaaS and partnership contracts outside the Americas, primarily across EMEA and APAC. The role partners with sales, finance and the US legal team to draft, negotiate and close high‑velocity deals while adapting US contracting standards to local regulations.

Must-Have Requirements
- Qualified solicitor or barrister in England and Wales (or equivalent UK legal qualification) in good standing
- Law degree (LLB, JD, or equivalent)
- 7-10 years of legal experience, substantial in‑house at a technology company, B2B SaaS commercial transactions
- Drafting and negotiating partner, channel and alliance agreements
- Cross‑border commercial transaction experience within a US‑headquartered company

What You'll Likely Work On
- Act as lead counsel for international commercial transactions, primary focus EMEA with shared APAC coverage
- Draft, review and negotiate subscription agreements, order forms and related documents for large global and mid‑size enterprises
- Manage a high‑velocity, multi‑region deal pipeline in partnership with Sales, Deal Operations and Finance
- Adapt US contracting standards, templates and playbooks to meet local legal and regulatory requirements
- Advise on deal structuring, pricing models and commercial risk across EMEA and APAC jurisdictions
- Support partner, channel and alliance agreements, including reseller, marketplace and co‑sell arrangements
- Build frameworks, templates and processes for a global partner program
- Navigate cross‑border issues such as data transfers, multi‑entity structures and regional regulations
- Coordinate with external counsel for jurisdiction‑specific advice
- Contribute to global legal initiatives, template development and process improvements
