Weave seeks a Senior Backend Engineer to own the identity and access management backbone of its healthcare platform. The role drives security‑first design, builds gRPC services, and establishes the India hub’s technical culture while supporting a global SaaS product.

• Architect and operate the core identity lifecycle services for humans and machines
• Define and enforce fine‑grained permission models across a massive multi‑tenant hierarchy
• Create and maintain internal SDKs, gRPC contracts, and middleware used by 150+ engineers
• Integrate federated identity (SSO), automated provisioning (SCIM), and secure M2M protocols
• Ensure audit‑logging pipelines are immutable, reliable, and compliant
