The Senior Associate – Business Finance partners with revenue operations and commercial teams to drive accurate forecasting, deal analysis and financial reporting in a fast‑moving ad‑tech environment. You will own monthly accruals, support annual planning, and identify process improvements that enhance financial outcomes.

What You'll Likely Work On

• Prepare monthly accruals, maintain revenue files and update revenue & cost forecasts with accuracy.
• Support the annual planning cycle by building data packs, maintaining financial models and researching market trends.
• Review cost and revenue contracts to flag risks, highlight inconsistencies and suggest improvements.
• Create deal‑level P&L templates, run scenario analyses and document pricing and margin compliance.
• Own periodic reconciliations across internal records, contracts and actuals to ensure data completeness.
• Identify inefficiencies in recurring finance workflows, propose enhancements and help implement approved changes.
• Develop data‑driven briefs and benchmarking materials for agency discussions on incentive structures.

Good Fit If You Have

• CA qualification or MBA in Finance from a reputed institute.
• 2–3 years of experience in BFM, FP&A or commercial finance.
• Strong Excel skills with comfort handling large datasets.
• Familiarity with SQL or BI tools such as Looker, Tableau or Power BI.
