What You'll Likely Work On

• Execute new instance installations, upgrades, patches, and deployments across customer environments
• Prepare and maintain Installation Qualification (IQ) documentation and QMS records for each deployment
• Troubleshoot installation failures, analyze logs and configuration issues, and deliver resolutions
• Collaborate with team leads, QA, engineering, and customer‑facing stakeholders to meet installation deadlines
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
• Maintain version traceability, ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards
• Participate in root‑cause analysis, problem‑management initiatives, and workflow optimization
