We need a seasoned leader to shape and execute GTM strategy and revenue‑operations initiatives for our American sales organization. You’ll partner with GTM leadership, own planning, forecasting and process improvement, and drive data‑driven execution in a fast‑paced environment.

What You'll Likely Work On

  • Define and execute annual GTM planning, including forecasting, headcount, quota, territory and ROI modeling.
  • Build and refine the sales coverage model across Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, SDR and Professional Services.
  • Provide visibility into pipeline health, sales efficiency and productivity through BI tools and regular operating cadence.
  • Ensure CRM data quality, accurate forecasting, and timely reporting for leadership and quarterly business reviews.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to accelerate deal velocity and streamline approvals.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Legal and Customer Success to resolve cross‑functional issues and drive change.
