• Design and maintain scalable compensation processes, including payout cycles and reconciliations
• Administer variable compensation plans, quotas, credits, adjustments and ensure accurate payouts
• Partner with Legal, HR and Finance to manage approvals, compliance, audit requirements and compensation letters
• Create dashboards, reports and quality‑assurance processes to improve visibility and trust in compensation programs
• Handle compensation‑related inquiries, build FAQs, documentation and intake workflows for field teams
