Ovii's Interpretation of the Role

The Restructuring Manager will lead the delivery of MVL and solvent liquidation advisory services, overseeing portfolio closure, statutory compliance and client engagement. The role blends advisory work, business development and mentorship within a hybrid UK‑based setting.
