What You'll Likely Work On

• Design and run rigorous experiments (ablations, benchmarking, error analysis) for NL‑to‑SQL, retrieval, ranking, and agentic reasoning
• Advance multi‑turn conversational understanding via context retention, entity resolution, memory, and clarification strategies
• Build robust evaluation frameworks, including automated benchmarks, regression suites, and LLM‑as‑a‑judge methods
• Prototype, validate, and productionize ML techniques such as fine‑tuning, distillation, retrieval optimization, and agent architectures
• Evaluate emerging foundation models and rapidly translate promising advances into production experiments
• Contribute technical reports or conference talks to the broader AI community
