What You'll Likely Work On

  • Own and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for the Northeast region
  • Lead, coach, and scale a team of Enterprise Account Executives through complex sales cycles
  • Serve as executive sponsor on the largest deals, maintaining C‑suite and board relationships
  • Design and execute a regional go‑to‑market plan, including territory design and growth strategy
  • Define hiring profiles, onboarding standards, and performance expectations as the team expands
  • Drive rigorous forecast accuracy and pipeline visibility for executive leadership
  • Generate and grow a qualified pipeline through team activity and direct engagement
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align on pipeline generation and customer outcomes
