What You'll Likely Work On

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of Account Executives covering regional banks, credit unions and select fintech/insurance accounts
  • Analyze market potential and craft sales strategies for installed‑base expansion, retention, renewals and new business
  • Achieve quarterly sales targets and outcomes
  • Engage directly with C‑suite executives, model value‑selling and sponsor key expansion deals
  • Promote UiPath’s brand in the regional banking marketplace through presentations and industry events
  • Educate customers on financial and operational benefits, building business cases for regulated buyers
  • Build and maintain relationships across multiple buying centers and with partner ecosystem members
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Management to maximize customer value and resolve issues
