What You'll Likely Work On
- Lead, coach and develop a national team of Account Executives covering regional banks, credit unions and select fintech/insurance accounts
- Analyze market potential and craft sales strategies that prioritize installed‑base growth, retention, renewals and targeted new business
- Meet quarterly revenue targets while personally sponsoring strategic expansion deals and modeling value‑selling for the team
- Represent UiPath at industry events, present to banking executives and build the brand within the regional financial‑services marketplace
- Create business cases for financial buyers, navigating regulatory constraints and multiple buying‑center stakeholders
- Cultivate relationships with local partners, platform providers and global systems integrators to generate pipeline and ensure successful implementations
- Collaborate with Customer Success Management to maximize customer value and resolve issues swiftly
- Monitor competitors and market trends, delivering insights and recommendations to senior leadership
