What You'll Likely Work On
- Oversee daily studio operations, ensure coverage during all operating hours, and resolve production‑related issues
- Monitor studio utilization, efficiency KPIs and implement Globalize best‑practice workflows
- Lead end‑to‑end audio localisation projects, including casting, recording, synthetic voice work and final delivery
- Negotiate rates, buyouts and contracts with actors, directors, freelancers and external vendors
- Recruit, onboard and train freelance engineers, directors and production coordinators; maintain backup talent pool
- Analyse project costs, margins and forecasts; approve freelance invoices and payroll inputs
- Maintain regular communication with global production, clients and internal stakeholders; represent the studio at events
- Identify process improvements, document workflows and eliminate single points of failure
