What You'll Likely Work On

• Oversee daily studio operations, ensure coverage during all operating hours, and resolve production‑related issues
• Monitor studio utilization, efficiency KPIs and implement Globalize best‑practice workflows
• Lead end‑to‑end audio localisation projects, including casting, recording, synthetic voice work and final delivery
• Negotiate rates, buyouts and contracts with actors, directors, freelancers and external vendors
• Recruit, onboard and train freelance engineers, directors and production coordinators; maintain backup talent pool
• Analyse project costs, margins and forecasts; approve freelance invoices and payroll inputs
• Maintain regular communication with global production, clients and internal stakeholders; represent the studio at events
