We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer who will own manual and automated testing for our SaaS product, ensuring releases are reliable and production‑ready. The role blends test planning, execution, defect tracking, and close collaboration with engineering while operating remotely within the United States.

What You'll Likely Work On

• Design test plans, cases, and acceptance criteria covering features, integrations, and regression flows
• Execute functional, regression, UI/UX, cross‑browser/device, and API tests
• Log bugs with clear reproduction steps in Jira/Azure DevOps and track fixes
• Build and maintain automated scripts using Selenium, Cypress or Playwright
• Integrate automated suites into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI)
• Conduct load/stress testing with JMeter or Locust and support security testing
• Maintain test documentation, metrics, and reporting for stakeholders
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams throughout sprint cycles
