What You'll Likely Work On
- Verify products against documentation, AHEAD methods, defaults, and customer requirements
- Conduct routine inspections of electronic sub‑assemblies, cables, and hardware assemblies
- Record and report any deviations in form, fit, function, or process
- Communicate deviation findings and resolutions to stakeholders and resolve minor issues before hand‑off
- Operate mechanical and electrical test equipment to confirm conformance to standards
- Collect test data, generate metrics tables/charts, and maintain internal diagnostics programs
- Develop or refine product/process standards in partnership with other departments
