What You'll Likely Work On

• Lead ElevenLabs’ engagement with government bodies on AI governance, safety, privacy, competition and digital rights.
• Build and sustain relationships with policymakers, regulators, industry associations and civil‑society groups.
• Monitor emerging regulations, analyze implications and advise internal teams.
• Represent the company at conferences and industry events to advance public‑policy goals.
• Support internal policy development for Legal, Safety, Security and related teams.
• Provide strategic counsel to senior leadership on regional policy trends and business impact.
• Partner with GTM teams to promote government adoption of ElevenLabs products.
• Design and execute policy campaigns and impact initiatives aligned with company objectives.
