The Public Sector Partnerships Lead will shape ElevenLabs' AI policy and government‑engagement strategy across Colombia, driving regulatory insight, advocacy, and adoption of AI products. Reporting to the LATAM Regional Lead, this senior individual contributor partners with legal, GTM and leadership to influence public‑sector outcomes.

What You'll Likely Work On

• Lead ElevenLabs' engagement with Colombian government bodies on AI governance, safety, privacy, competition and digital rights
• Build and maintain strong relationships with policymakers, regulators, industry associations and civil‑society groups
• Monitor, analyze and advise on emerging regulations that affect the company
• Represent ElevenLabs at conferences and industry events to advance public‑policy goals
• Support internal policy development for Legal, Safety, Security and related teams
• Provide strategic counsel to leadership on regional policy trends and business implications
