The Project Manager, Growth Marketing Operations will bring structure to complex, cross‑functional marketing workflows, turning reactive coordination into reliable, scalable processes. You’ll partner with Growth, Data Science, Engineering and other teams to design intake models, escalation paths, dashboards and budget controls that support launch readiness and ongoing operations.

What You'll Likely Work On
- Audit and map existing marketing and operational workflows, identify bottlenecks, and own intake traffic control
- Establish visibility into in‑flight work with timelines, owners, risks and dependencies
- Lead coordination across Acquisition, Data Science, Commercial Ops, Engineering, QA and other partners
- Build and formalize intake models, ownership frameworks, escalation paths and launch‑readiness checkpoints
- Create troubleshooting and triage processes, documentation, dashboards and alerts to route issues efficiently
- Translate ambiguous business needs and technical constraints into clear project plans, milestones and decision points
- Manage program budgets, purchase orders and expense approvals with accurate vendor and campaign cost tracking
- Pilot, iterate and stabilize improved ways of working, reducing manual coordination and strengthening accountability
