What You'll Likely Work On
- Own the complete project lifecycle from initiation through go‑live using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methods
- Manage scope, create detailed WBS, and enforce change‑control processes for SOWs
- Monitor and mitigate risks to meet NIST SP 800‑53, FISMA, and FedRAMP requirements
- Support agencies in achieving Authority to Operate (ATO) by delivering required artifacts
- Serve as the primary operational liaison for federal C‑suite executives, IAM program directors, and contracting officers
- Lead cross‑functional teams of deployment engineers, architects, and partner success managers
- Produce clear status reports, steering‑committee decks, and health dashboards for government oversight
- Drive operational initiatives, reporting, and process improvements within the Expert Services team
