What You'll Likely Work On

  • Create and update project plans, tracking timelines, milestones, dependencies and deliverables
  • Prepare meeting agendas, notes, action items and weekly status reports
  • Act as central liaison among project managers, team members, leadership and external vendors
  • Monitor task completion, resource availability and prevent missed deliverables
  • Identify and log operational risks, maintain risk registers and drive early escalation
  • Keep project documentation clean, accessible and up‑to‑date in SharePoint, Google Drive and Confluence
