What You'll Likely Work On
- Create and update project plans, tracking timelines, milestones, dependencies and deliverables
- Prepare meeting agendas, notes, action items and weekly status reports
- Act as central liaison among project managers, team members, leadership and external vendors
- Monitor task completion, resource availability and prevent missed deliverables
- Identify and log operational risks, maintain risk registers and drive early escalation
- Keep project documentation clean, accessible and up‑to‑date in SharePoint, Google Drive and Confluence
Good Fit If You Have
- Experience in SaaS marketing, professional services, or construction‑heavy environments
- PMP, CAPM or Agile certification (or in progress)
