We need a Product Trainer to design, deliver, and continuously improve agency‑focused training and certification for our SaaS platform. The role creates curriculum, hands‑on demos, and learning assets while partnering with product, customer success, and marketing teams to drive partner adoption.

What You'll Likely Work On

• Conduct live online group training sessions for agency partners, showcasing product features and hands‑on demos
• Own the Wingify Agency Certification Program, including content creation, assessments, learner tracking, and continuous enhancements
• Develop and maintain training assets such as slide decks, documentation, videos, tutorials, and self‑paced modules
• Enable agencies to implement and position VWO products for their customers effectively
• Work closely with Product, Customer Success, Presales, and Product Marketing to keep training material current
• Gather learner feedback, measure outcomes, and iterate curriculum for higher adoption
• Curate a knowledge repository of resources for agency partners
• Stay updated on product releases and industry trends in experimentation, personalization, and digital experience optimization
