What You'll Likely Work On

  • Own the roadmap for assigned in‑app and off‑app modules from concept through launch and continuous improvement
  • Engage regularly with customers, lead product discussions, and synthesize interview, usage, and support data into actionable problem statements
  • Benchmark competitors and market trends, turning findings into product decisions that keep Plotline innovative and AI‑first
  • Partner with designers and engineers to define clear requirements, scope, success metrics, and delivery trade‑offs
  • Create rollout, enablement, and adoption plans; track usage, retention, and value signals; iterate or sunset features based on evidence
  • Prioritize work using customer impact, commercial value, competitive context, and engineering effort
