What You'll Likely Work On

• Interview customers and internal stakeholders to surface pain points and market opportunities
• Write user stories, break down features, and define acceptance criteria and edge cases
• Prioritize bugs and feature requests, maintain the product backlog, and take part in sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives
• Validate new features through exploratory and regression testing, track releases and produce release documentation
• Monitor feature adoption, build dashboards, track product KPIs and generate insight reports
• Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to accelerate research, documentation and analysis, and prototype internal AI workflows
